The winged keys are part of one of the seven obstacles beneath Hogwarts Castle to prevent the theft of the Philosopher's Stone. There were also seven chambers beneath Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and the last of them, the Chamber of Erised Mirror, is where Harry meets
Voldemort and Professor Quirrell.
This small key holds great significance within the film, which is why Pandora has decided to represent it in one of its collections in the form of a pendant. The key in the film Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone is the oldest of all keys and the one that barely flies because it has a broken wing.
It is plated with 18k gold.
